What do you love, what can you not live without?
The one thing that I can't live without is my subscription to Bon Appétit magazine. I know, it's shocking that a gay man loves to cook. Every month I wait with eager anticipation for that magazine to arrive. I read it cover to cover, dog-earring each recipe I want to try. And it doesn't stop with the physical magazine. I receive to emails a day from BA, and I click on every one. 31 Weeknight Pasta Dishes? Hell, yes. Our Best Non-Stick Skillet? I'm ordering it. 67 Sides for Your Holiday Table? I ask, "Why only 67?" I have a problem. Send help. And coconut milk. I'm always out of coconut milk.
