What are you thankful for this year??
1. I'm thankful to have a brain that doesn't overheat at the thought of the singular use of "they." AND I WAS AN ENGLISH MAJOR - IF I CAN GET OVER IT, ANYONE CAN.
2. Having newfound vocabulary to express consent and discomfort. If I don't want to be hugged by you, male coworker, I'm just gonna tell you I don't wanna be hugged!!
3. Not being in my twenties anymore. I loved my twenties, don't get me wrong. How was I able to look amazing in EVERY. SINGLE. PHOTO? But now at 32, I have such a deeper appreciation for the finer things in life, like making soup, passive aggression, and a night spent in.
