Ruby Rosenthal is a nonfiction writer (and sometimes journalist) originally from South Florida. She just completed her MFA at Hollins University in Virginia and contributes to the Chicago Review of Books (@chicagorevbooks) and Newcity Magazine (@newcitymag), but perhaps more importantly, will try literally any kind of hot sauce you put in front of her.
