Ashlee Hardgrave is a musician, writer, cat mom, politics wonk, education executive by day and total lunatic by night. She trained as a classical musician for two very long degrees, and has spent her career making art on her own terms. You’ll find her singing with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra Chorus, co-hosting the weekly talk radio show Opera Box Score, premiering new musicals and orchestral works, and writing scripts/songs/jokes for the Chicago Gay Men’s Chorus. She spends too much time telling stories about her life that begin with “I can’t make this *#$! up,” so again, it’s good that she’s here.
